Consumer Alert:  

#1 - We do not charge fees.  Be very cautious with solicitations that require fees for the service of offering to "Save Your House".  FACT:  Your lender is required to offer you Loan Resolution options when your mortgage is in default.  With the proper knowledge all Loan Resolution options can be completed by the homeowner.  Steer clear from any "We'll Save Your House Company" or "Attorney" with a claim of "Pay us a fee and then we'll save your home".   Recently, we've talked with dozens locally who have paid from $550 - $2,800 only to call us and say "I wish I would have called you 1st. 

#2 - We do not provide credit/debt counseling.  We will not attempt to defer or reduce any consumer’s mortgage obligations with respect to credit extended by their lenders.
